Sweden

Standard delivery within Sweden is €5.

We offer FREE delivery when you spend over €50 and ship to a Swedish address.

Although we allow customers to shop in GBP, USD, SEK and EUR, payment for all products and delivery services will be invoiced in EUR (€). The price paid for the product and the delivery service will include Swedish tax. If a product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. For packages that are not collected at your post office within 14 days, The Local Brands reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

 

EU

Standard delivery within the EU is €10.

Standard shipping to any country outside of the EU is €12 (exclusive of VAT)

If your delivery address is outside the EU, you are not subject to Swedish VAT at 25% (this tax will be removed from your total at checkout), but you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

  • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are not collected from customs.
